Soothing Ginger and Cinnamon Tea
This soothing ginger and cinnamon tea is flavoured with dried spices and sweetened with natural honey.

- 2 L water
- 80 gm ginger, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 whole clove
- 1/4 cup honey
Place all ingredients, other than the honey, in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain the liquid and return to the saucepan. Add the honey and stir until dissolved.
Taste check and adjust to your preferences.
Serve hot or chilled.
